Where can I shop Garment Glory?

Our full collection is available exclusively online at garment-glory.com. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take?

Below are the estimated delivery timeframes for orders after purchase:

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Shipping time after dispatch: 4–8 business days (tracked)
  • Estimated total delivery time: approx. 5–11 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via our Order status page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are possible only before your order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact us
    Start your return request through our Contact page. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, attach clear photos showing the issue.
  2. Return approval & address
    Our support team will review your request and send you the return instructions by email. The correct return address will be provided after the return is approved.
  3. Prepare your parcel
    Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Items must be protected to prevent damage during transport.
  4. Ship the item
    Send the parcel using a tracked shipping method through a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  5. Send tracking confirmation
    After shipping the parcel, provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor the return and process it faster.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

Direct exchanges are not available at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

Lost, Incorrect, or Damaged Orders

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive my package — what should I do?

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will assist you further.

Sizes & Fit

Do your items run true to size?

Yes, our items are true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. More details in our payment policy.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption, and we do not store your payment details. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
