- Orders outside the United States are not available at this time.

Shipping Rates
- We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within the United States.
- No additional shipping or handling fees are charged unless clearly stated at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using USPS or other trusted courier partners such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the fulfilment location and delivery address.
Delivery Address
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Please ensure all address details are complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our Order status page.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels from different fulfilment locations.
If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number, provided via email.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page, including your order number.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update or cancel it.
- If the order has already shipped, we will guide you through the return process once delivery is completed.
Missed Deliveries & Address Issues
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address or missed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us by the carrier.
Once returned, we can arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for address-related issues.
Please monitor your tracking information and any delivery notifications provided by the carrier.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

Delayed deliveries: If your parcel is more than 5 business days past the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us via our Contact page so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Lost in transit: If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Missing Items
If an item from your order is missing, please first review your dispatch emails and tracking information, as items may be shipped separately.
If all parcels show as delivered and an item is still missing, contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and details of the missing item.
We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with our 30-day Return & Refund Policy for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
